HGB-TK: Half-baked deep-frozen ("halbgebacken tiefgekühlt")
Products are only 2/3 baked, then shock frozen and stored at a temperature of at least -18° C. Baked goods are then only put in the oven for about 10 minutes for baking. The bread can finish baking with the raw pastries in a batch (approx. 25 min.)

TIGT: Deep-frozen, semi-cooked raw pastries ("Tiefgefrorene vorgegarte Teiglinge")
Once fully risen, the product is shock-frozen at -28° C and stored at a temperature of at least -18° C. The raw pastries are then baked on-site, ensuring oven-fresh pastries any time of day
