Milestones in Haubi's history
1930...
The Haubenberger company was founded on Jan. 17, 1930. Back then, the main focus still lay in operating a restaurant and in agriculture. Yet over the course of time, more and more parts of the quad were converted into a bakery.
1965...
was the year that Petzenkirchen farmhouse bread was developed -- which remains a highly popular product to this day. The next and probably most important point in Haubi's history came in 1984 with the idea of semi-cooked, deep-frozen raw pastries.
1988...
The production hall was reconstructed and raw pastry production commenced; since then, further development has been performed continuously on raw pastries.
1990...
Marketing of deep-frozen products began and the first customer began baking for himself. Subsequently, "Haubi's" became a brand name, rapid development occurred and an annual growth in turnover of over 25% was achieved!
1996...
The Emperor's roll was patented.
1997...
Delivery to Italy commenced -- currently, we already have 140 customers there. Further, in May 1997, the construction of new raw pastry production facilities was commenced, which were completed in October 1997 (order volume 65 million). We are thereby able to produce 24,000 pieces of raw pastry per hour.
1998...
The first deliveries were made to Germany and the number of satisfied customers grew to a total of 800!
1999...
October 1999 -- new development of the second hall. Completed in December 1999 (order volume 50 million). Storage rooms for raw pastries and raw materials.
2000...
Contact with Croatia, Bosnia, Finland. Test deliveries were already made to the above-mentioned countries.
2001...

2008...
